The most recent Mississippi Bowhunters Association Area Director's Meeting was be held Saturday the 2nd of March, 2013. It was originally scheduled to be held in association with the 3rd Annual AIMS (Archery in Mississippi Schools) 3-D Tournament. Due to bad weather, the 3D shoot was cancelled to be rescheduled. The Area Director's Meeting however was held as scheduled.The location of the meeting was in the conference room of the MDWFP Archery Center:
