Mississippi Bowhunters Association Area Director Brandel Russell from Collinsville, MS took this 3 1/2 year old tom on March the 13th at 8:00 am out of a Primos ground blind while hunting in Lauderdale County. He shot this gobbler with a Bowtech Captain bow@ 37 yds using a Goldtip Pro Hunter arrow with a 2'' Rage broadhead.The turkey was facing away in full strut and travel about 50 yds after the shot. He had a 10'' beard with a pair of 1'' spurs.

Russell took his second turkey of the year on March the 14th out of the same Primos ground blind. He shot this 2 1/2 year old bird with a Bowtech Captain bow, Spot Hogg Tommy Hog sight and a GoldTip arrow @ 18 yds. The turkey came in to two Primos She Mobiles. This tom sported a 9 1/2'' beard and a pair of 1'' spurs.

This is my third and final bird of the 2010 year. All 3 gobblers were killed in this very ground blind at this location.This tom was 3 1/2 years old with a 10 1/2'' beard and a pair of 1 1/8'' spurs. I killed this bird on March the 20th with my Bowtech Captain, Spot Hogg Tommy Hogg sight and GoldTip arrow @ 13 yds.This love sick tom came in looking at my She Mobile decoys but almost got to close.

12. Shot placement. (heart, double lung, etc).
13. Estimated P&Y Green score (if available).
14. Equipment used. (Bow brand and model, arrow shaft, broadhead, sights etc.)
